Return & Refund
1. Return Window
Customers may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.
2. Free Returns (30 Days)
We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery.
If your return request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
3. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
- The item must be in its original packaging
- All accessories, manuals, and included components must be returned
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

- Items missing key components or packaging
5. Return Process

- Once approved, you will receive a prepaid return label
- Pack the item securely and attach the return label
- Drop off the package at the designated carrier location

Warranty
American DPS products are covered by a one-year warranty from the date of purchase for failures that occur during normal use.
However, warranty coverage does not apply to failures or damage caused by customer negligence, misuse, improper installation, or natural disasters. In such cases, repair or replacement may be subject to charges, and all related shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
